Native Indian Throw - Inukshuk For centuries, massive stone figures built in the image of a human have stood silhouetted on the treeless Arctic horizons. These Inukshuks erected by Inuit people, were to serve as guides, giving direction to fellow travelers. Augiak Novalinga, master carver, is one of Canada's most renowned Inuit carvers. His work is recreated on these throws. The embroidery is on each corner, one with the artist's signature. Bordered with double stitched, hand-sewn complementary felt edging. Size: 40"X60" /102cmX152cm, 60"X80" / 152cmX203cm. Article content: 75% wool, 25% Nylon. Color: Forest Green with tan embroidery and trim.
